"Best Way to Book Business Travel. Period. "

What do you like best? This could be the best customer service I've received from any company in any industry. Booking travel is super easy. The website is intuitive. 24/7 Navigator support provides support above and beyond what "support" typically gives from other companies. "For certain trips to major areas, this is a breeze"

What do you like best? I like the ability to bundle hotels, flights, and rental cars What do you dislike? It can be difficult to know whether I've already paid for the hotel (or for incidentals, or what) on the app, or whether I need to pay in-store. This wouldn't be an issue if I were paying with my personal card, but using the company card, this makes it difficult to account my expenses correctly. What do you like best? My business books my trips; Flights, hotel, rental car and everything shows up in my app automatically!! What do you dislike? Seat changes have to be done outside the app (at least in my experience) What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
