What do you like best? How responsive they are and always suggesting a great solutions. What do you dislike? We do not have anything to dislike about Upside What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? When we had to cancel a flight and get a new one. They kept me in the loop on the refund and the new cost of the flight.
