Hoped to get higher quality candidates then from other "traditional" staffing agencies that we have worked with in the past What do you like best about Upshift? Very high quality candidates Clear billing What do you dislike about Upshift? We have large numbers needed and they alone couldn't fill all the needs. I love getting to see bio's before selecting an Upshifter. What do you dislike about Upshift? Two things: they can unconfirm so if I'm not careful, I miss that and end up with a vacancy.
