When I did get a call back I was more than happy with the help that I received. He was very polite and patient. He took his time to explain and walk me through everything that I needed to do. A Happy Two Years!

We have been using Upserve for two seasons now (we are only open may-october) and they always answer the phone with helpful staff who are quick to solve your question or problem and offer additional advice to prevent it in the future if possible.

WORST COMPANY EVER..

WORST COMPANY EVER.... Do not sign up with these guys, it’s the most complicated software ever not to mention is so outdated. Customer services is horrible. They offer me finance for my equipments: out of the sudden they charge my account with the whole full amount at onces + first months and the system was not even install neither in my hands. That was the first thing. Second: I was told they offer in person assistance and training... And I really like that since running and training ...
