Excellent customer service experience
My issue was handled promptly and efficiently regarding a charge on the wrong bank account. I was able to get the error resolved within only a few minutes. It was a pleasant customer service experience.

Online chat is always very helpful for me when there is something I just can't seem to find online. The guest representatives are both knowledgeable and helpful for any situation that may arise.

Recently called in to see if we could limit the number of items ordered through our online system. We didn't get the answer we wanted but the Rep was friendly, understanding and indicated that he would add it to the customer request list.

I adore Upserve
I adore Upserve! This company has been just remarkable with their customer service. I installed Upserve December 2019 in launch of our Hotel's new restaurant. Then COVID hit 3 months later. Upserve has helped with all our business pivots. Beside the software and operating system being super easy to use (yes, there is a learning curve, but they hold your hand throughout the whole process) the customer support is second to none.
