I can’t say how great the support team…

I can’t say how great the support team was at Upserve. I had a problem and I had the pleasure of getting Tyler to help me solve it. He was nice and really cared about getting me through it. I was very impressed with how hard they tried to help.

Upserve support specialist a gem!

The support specialist was incredibly informed on how Upserve works under circumstances caused by human error. He was able to untangle three separate transactions for me that weren't clear from the receipts I was looking at.

Easy to use and great customer service

PROS: I love all the backend reporting features of Upserve. It\'s really robust and helps me manage our restaurant by staying in touch with labor, best selling items, etc. Also their customer service is fantastic. I asked a question through the chat feature and they answered my question and resolved my issue within 5 minutes.

Customer service is excellent

Customer service is excellent, easy to use POS, only thing I am not a huge fan of is adding new items or modifications on the back end. It is a bit more steps than I like but overall the staff likes using it. Also refunding customers is way easier than any other system we have used, which is awesome. I do recommend.

Great Restaurant POS

PROS: Great for full service restaurants. Very easy to train and use general check functions CONS: Could have better checkout reporting/traceability.

It was a bit challenging to transition to a new system from the last used. However, support is very willing and extremely patient to help with any need you have.

I had a challenging and odd issue…

I had a difficult and one of the odd situation to be resolved especially due to year end. Lia went in great detail and lengths towards achieving a successful resolution. We all learned in the process and I'm grateful.
