Upserve is second to none

PROS: Offline mode functionality is so crucial. A new-hire can be fully versed in the system within 2 training shifts. The back office functionality is second to none. CONS: There are, very rarely, issues with open checks not being visable across multiple iPads.

Easy and reliable

PROS: Breadcrumb is very easy to use. It takes about a half hour to train new users which is wonderful with new hires. There is very little downtime and when there is, offline mode works well. CONS: We have experienced no problems

Hardware Issue

Had an issue with hardware on a POS terminal. I was able to speak with a representative, send a video over e-mail and get a solution, a new POS sent out right away! Lia was so helpful and friendly it was a very easy process. Great communication.

Upserve Review for Retail Store

PROS: Upserve is a wonderful system that can manage inventory levels, employee actions, and ease retail operations. Upserve can make the process of check out easier if you utilize the system in a retail store. CONS: We would like to see a member integration feature.

Outstanding Technical Support

I had to call Upserve Technical today. We had a few unresolved issues left from the outage on Saturday. My customer service rep was amazing. He quickly resolved all of issues. He was so easy to work with.

Upserve is a very good POS system

Upserve is a very good POS system, we do have a restaurant that is different than usual restaurants, but Upserve was able to get everything working and running for us. They are easy to talk to and always find solutions no matter what the problem is. I am not giving a 5 start only because we do not have one of the most wanted reports that is the user audit.
