What do you like best about UpLead? Using Uplead has been a game changer for our business, being able to purchase valid email addresses for companies we want to work with. We can search by so many factors that we can tailor our lists and message to their needs. I also like that we can load in a list of companies and see all email addresses available. What do you like best about UpLead? The quality of the leads they have is fine, there are tons missing What do you dislike about UpLead? I bought a bunch of credits and didn't use them all at once, they said I could "hibernate" my plan to stop paying for more credits and finish out the ones I had. When I went to download the ones I had already paid for they said I cannot because I need to have an active paying plan (to use the credits I already paid for). What do you like best about UpLead? I like that I can get an appointment almost any time I need one. What do you dislike about UpLead? Unfortunately, Uplead has a no phone policy and I find that frustrating at times. What problems is UpLead solving and how is that benefiting you? Uplead provides access to current industry information, which allows my company to prospect more accurately.

What do you like best about UpLead? The simple interface makes it incredibly easy to search for contacts. What do you dislike about UpLead? It would be nice if I could do some of these searches in bulk. What problems is UpLead solving and how is that benefiting you? UpLead helps me find contact information for potential clients and partners.

What do you like best about UpLead? Accuracy of the Database! Simple & Easy. What do you dislike about UpLead? N/A. We are happy with the quality/Spend. What problems is UpLead solving and how is that benefiting you? We are using one database instead of several. When we have an issue the support team is available and responds quickly, solving the issues in a timely fashion.

"Uplead with HubSpot Integration Makes Prospecting Easy"

What do you like best about UpLead? The best portion of UpLead is the integration with HubSpot. This makes prospecting and finding new contacts extremely easy. I also think the quality of leads in UpLead is also pretty solid. What do you dislike about UpLead? Wish there were more companies and data in UpLead! What do you like best about UpLead? Dependable email addresses. Links to company websites. What do you dislike about UpLead? Phone numbers are inaccurate a lot. A small percentage of inaccurate emails. Exclusions aren't saved. What problems is UpLead solving and how is that benefiting you? Reaching a lot of prospects quickly.

What do you like best about UpLead? The UI is good, and they have lots of search features. What do you dislike about UpLead? We signed up and ran some searches, but a majority of the leads that came up didn't match the criteria we selected (mainly company size and revenue). So we cancelled our subscription after a day. Asked for a refund and they said 'all sales are final'. Which was a bit disappointing as the service wasn't delivering what we asked and we only used it for a day. I used to ...
