"InterFax changed our business for the better"

What do you like best about Upland InterFAX? We were looking for a secure service with limited issues/interruptions. We have found that in InterFAX. It is extremely user friendly and allows for increased efficiency of our team. We have ZERO issues with vendors having an inability to get faxes to and from us securely. The implemenation was so easy and the tech support/customer service is personal and rapid!

"Easy Integration with .NET Application"

What do you like best about Upland InterFAX? InterFAX was very easy to integrate into an existing .NET application. The coding examples provided on the website were spot on, and we were up and running very quickly! The cost per fax is very reasonable, especially when purchasing in bulk by setting up a credit. I also like the privacy settings and BAA offerings which help with HIPAA compliance.

What do you like best about Upland InterFAX? Four years ago, we added an integration with Upland InterFAX to our practice management suite / EMR. We have thousands of clients rely on this service daily. We are very pleased with the quality and features of the software and with the speed and accuracy of their Customer Success Team. Kaleb Williams, in particular, plays an integral role in supporting our organization. Kaleb's personable and professional approach is top notch.

"My experience with the interfax implementation was very easy!"

What do you like best about Upland InterFAX? It is very convenient and super helpful to our busy nurses. It has also helped with saving paper and keeping our printing to a minimum. Interfax is very user friendly and required very minimal training for our staff. The features are also quite nice. Hunter was great to work with! He was very helpful and readily available to answer questions. The transition from traditional fax to interfax was almost seamless.

What do you like best about Upland InterFAX? The support team is very responsive and supportive. The platform's configuration interface is decently easy to use, and implementation is pretty straightforward

What do you like best about Upland InterFAX? The Account Management, I have worked with Mark Hardin and Kaleb Williams for years and they have fabulous over the years. Whether it's been normal maintenance or porting or many of my silly questions, both have always done a fabulous job of supporing us.
