Horrible lousy service!

Trying to reach the right person to get just a little information at the Hotline. 49 minutes and 6 contacts later no information and nobody can tell me the right number or Person. I just need a Price information, but it looks like pdfforge/upclick has no interest in selling version 5 or looking for questions of already existing clients.

The things I love about Upclick:-Very easy to use self-serve platform- great hands on dedicated account managers- Ahead of the curve as far as platform features go!-They are hands down the best at cross-sales and post-sales-they've helped me increase my conversions and ROI across all my products with their great checkouts and sales-flow.By far one of the best experiences I've had using a solution provider.I'd recommend Upclick to anyone working in the online digital space!

très important de savoir vous prenez un mois et ensuite chaque moi ils prélèvent cout 9,99€ mais pour le principe si non remboursé avant 10/03/17envoyé a 60.000.000 de consommateur et ensuite porter plainte avec dommage et intérêts et en représentation personnelle .

Upclick hat mein "bluescreen" Problem behoben.Die Techniker haben sehr gute Arbeit geleistet und waren überaus freundlich.Das Verkaufsgespräch war allerdings sehr aufdringlich.Die verkaufte Software konnte nicht installiert werden.Ich habe dies bemängelt und vollumfänglich den Preis für das Programm sowie für Wartung und Service erstattet bekommen.Das fand ich sehr anständig. Ich würde Upclick weiter empfehlen.Friedrich

Complexité et tromperie

J'ai voulu réinstaller un logiciel PDFSuite 2015 dont j'ai la clé et bien sûr rien ne fonctionne. Je suis néanmoins reconduit vers SodaPDF pour y mettre le prix avec un certain rabais toutefois. Après paiement et installation, certaines fonctions basiques (ex : rotation de pages ne sont plus disponibles mais seulement en ligne et moyennant 7 euros mensuels. Tout est désinstallé et quant au remboursement (satisfait ou remboursé sous 30 jours rien n'apparaît. J'en suis quitte pour une perte ...

je voudrais exprimer mon entière satisfaction concernant le service technique de cette société qui m'a résolu un gros problème sur mon pc avec un accueil chaleureux, une écoute attentive et des compétences irréprochables. Je ne regrette surtout pas d'avoir pris un contrat de maintenance d'une année. J'en profite pour féliciter sincèrement toute l'équipe qui a su prendre en considération avec sérieux ma demande de dépannage.
