To avoid - worthless $3 for to remove the background…

I paid $3 for to remove the background of a video (15 sec video).As all other paid users, I end up with 2 videos alpha.mp4 and color.mp4 that I need to work on an editing software ... this is crazy.To avoid

I wanted to make a transparent video

I wanted to make a transparent video, paid for the subscription and for a single video, after they said I could download a mp4. it only gave me an option for a gif. AFTER I paid. scam, don't waste your money if you want a transparent background for your video. they can only change the color.

i wanted a transparent video, paid for it and then it told me that there isnt a transparent option to download. bit of a scam in my opinion

Overcharged and unexpectedly subscribed

I really don't understand how I got charged $39, not once but twice, for removing the background of a short 3min video. I know that I selected the "pay as I go option" because it made the most sense for me, but somehow ended up with an artist's subscription that renewed. $78 for removing the background of a single 3min video is absolutely outrageous. I tried to contact support, but I received an error message when I tried to contact support through their website form.

good for short videos

I think unscreen pro is good for very short videos. Like removing the background off 1-40 second videos, or else the charge may end up becoming very high. The free background removal only allows 5 second content and is a bit choppy, whilst pro allows longer content at a much higher quality but the charges are not low at all.
