serious issue with dire consequences
After finding a problem on a Sunday evening immediately lodged a support ticket. Damien was on the case first thing Monday morning, we had cc'd several people into the ticket as it involved a team from outside our Company as well. Several people all adding to the conversation and Damien kept everyone fully updated. We've had the best onboarding…
We've had the best onboarding experience with Unleashed thanks to Ashton Hicks, who was patient with all our odd little queries and also super quick to get back to us whenever we needed to check in with him. Overall Unleashed is a great system that's actually thought of everything needed with inventory management.
