I have a small fishing rod manufacturing plant since i have implemented unleashed software to my business it has made my work flow very efficient highly recommend for any business .

Unforgiving and frustrating, but functional

Its a frustrating system with little forgiveness or ability to correct an error, but it gets the job done and I couldn't find anyone else servicing manufacturing businesses with the necessary functionality Unleashed offers. If you're in the market, you can make this system work for you, but be prepared to give in to it and adjust how you operate.

Good but expensive

Wished the price was more affordable. Also, please give the option of registering new users even if there's a 5-user limit; allowing for me only 5 concurrent users at one time.

Fantastic Inventory Management solution overall

Pros:On all aspects, we found it to be a superior solution comparing to competition.It is intuitive to use. It has well documented training materials and videos. Feel and look are just how a cloud solution should be. Unleashed is a great software and being on the first package most likely the reason why it has downfalls. I don't need the larger packages since we are a small company but I wouldn't mind paying a little extra for a customized software that's suits my company. Didn't get a really strong impression of the product but I did see the way they do business...

We ended up going in another direction for our inventory control so I don't have an assessment of the software to really grade it. I will warn anyone that decides to do a "trial" with this company that they also have a 30 day cancellation. The product they give you to try did not have the feature we needed so we purchased it. Then when we went to cancel it we were told to read the TOS and that we had to pay for an extra month. Makes zero sense based on the type of product it is. I would ...

Most of the functionality is good

Most of the functionality is great however I think that the price breaks between getting extra functions is excessive, there are a couple of additional items that should be standard on the small plan like custom invoicing or you should be able to add on increments, I am a relatively new and small business at this point $180.00 per month is more than I can afford without sacrificing elsewhere however the $54.00 per month is affordable but lacking, maybe for $10.00 a month more you can have XYZ?

Online customer service needs improvement

Unleashed is great and following up and getting in touch with you quickly but they are very limited in resolving individual issues on a case by case basis.Often their response to a question is adding your request to customer suggestion box but it is doubtful this will be actioned.This is not a helpful or positive pro-active response. Unleashed needs to do more to retain customers not just obtain them.

Good product but slow to respond to integration problems

Initial integration was straightforward enough and the product, as a whole, does what it should. However, there are teething problems with the data that is exported to Xero and the dev team have been very slow to respond. We are still waiting for a solution and in the meantime the workaround negates any advantages that could otherwise be attributed to the software.
