The support of Unleashed is genuinely amazing! Melise provided detailed instructions and even went to the extra effort to record a personalised loom to show me how to do an advanced action. My whole experience has been amazing with Unleashed compared to other software providers!

Very happy
Ashton was awesome! We are very grateful for his support and help throughout our onboarding process. He was extremely knowledgeable and quick to answer all our questions or fix our mistakes while ensuring we learnt and understood too. We also appreciated his persistence with us when sickness or workload meant we dropped the ball and he was there to ensure we stayed on track. We're now very happy and confident with our Unleashed software and highly recommend the process. Thanks Ashton!

Incredibly helpful.

Tyler Barnes has been so helpful in guiding us through the onboarding process of Unleashed. He was not actually assigned to our account, however has stepped in and really provided the utmost support to ensure we get up and running without any issues and should we have issues arise, he is extremely quick to respond and very clear in his explanations. To be honest if we didn't have his help, we probably would still be in the initial stages weeks later!!! Thanks again Tyler :)

Unravelling the mess
We had a little glitch that dated back years and other people had attempted to fix it and just made it all a little worse. Damien had a look and knew exactly what I was talking about with in a few seconds. He unraveled the mess of errors and fixed it. Thanks Damien, you are the best.
