Ruxandra account manager & Anna onboarding
Ruxandra as our account manager has made us feel really supported always listens and makes it easy to talk about how we can get even more from unleashed by directly helping us or connecting us with an expert! All the team are great, Anna onboarded us and we were updating multiple software products in our business and Anna was by far the helpful! The software is the heart of our data and operations and works great, the team are really quick with continued support

One beacon of hope in an orginization where support is lacking
While I have not enjoyed the level of support received from The Access Group to a point where I have cancelled my license for Prospect Software, Awais @ The Access Group has been a great find in the company and has always been fast to respond and has resolved all my queries in an efficient manner.

Great product with fantastic customer service
As a start up, systems like this are critical to scaling our business but they are often daunting to implement and require a lot of explanation on how to use. The functionality of Unleashed is really straight forward and the onboarding experience is first class, with Charlotte my onboarding consultant helping me through every single step of the process. Can't recommend this enough for any business.

Inventory Unicorn we didn't know existed
Unleashed is excellent software that has solved all of our inventory headaches. The support is amazing as well. Our Onboarding Consultant, Ashton H., has been so helpful in answering our questions, recording videos for us, and quickly responding to any request we have. I highly recommend Unleashed to any business struggling to handle inventory in QBO or Xero.

Support team is great. AI chatbot tried to fix the issue but then a person will attend to any tricky issues promptly
