Amazing Support!
I have been using Unleashed software for four months, and I can't say enough good things about the program and the support! Whenever I have questions, and I have many, the support reps are always quick to respond and very kind. Thanks for making my job easier Unleashed!

Unleashed - fab!
On the whole Unleashed as a piece of inventory software is one of the best there is. No hesitancy in recommending it. Furthermore the support, particularly in recent times with a particularly tricky Shopify issue has been superb, with Josie going above and beyond what was necessary.

Unleashed really turned it around!
Really fabulous help from Josie. I've contacted the Support team a few times and have had mixed experiences (one quite unhelpful person, in particular), but Josie was great to work with. She understood my problem provided the best advice for a solution. She also came back to me as she wanted to understand why a specific thing had happened so she could further look at issue internally.

We have run Unleashed for 5yrs
We have run Unleashed for 5yrs, integrating with Xero. We run a complex business incorporating aspects of importing, manufacture, wholesale and retail. All software has some limitations, but we have found out reasonable workarounds for everything so far. We have found it to be a very good inventory software, highly recommended to SMEs looking for a cost effective but highly functional system. Allows you to scale easily without breaking the bank. We have run Unleashed for 5yrs
