Excellent service from a great team.
We had an issue with 2 staff struggling to log into the system and after sending an email, I received an immediate telephonic response. We tried to resolve it on our side but when that did not work, Rob immediately took over and resolved the problem. Within 15 minutes everything was running smoothly. We have received fantastic service from a great team every step of the way.

Excellent customer support with the use of tickets and additional premium telephone support. Ticket system is easy to use and receive fast responses. The Unleashed Engagement Team are excellent and so helpful.

I have been using Unleashed for the last 4 years and its been extremely useful. The support team have been really great as of late. Recently had trouble pulling orders through after a product change and Rob Britton answered me with a great solution using Loom video which was super helpful!

Being a provider for drop ship distributors - Unleashed worked the best
Since we are a product manufacturer for a number of drop ship distributors that sell our product, Unleashed was one of the few programs that would allow new delivery addresses to be entered while entering an order - by far the best process flow for us. Support (Rob in particular) has been very helpful in getting things set up just right.
