Awesome support (as usual)

As per usual, the crew at Unleashed Support is like no other I've seen from any software company! Arantxa helped me this time on the brand NEW module, AIM and was able to answer what I was after within 2 working hours of my question. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!

Manage parts, BOMs and ordering

We signed up for the software to manage our parts and BOMs. It is quite overwhelming when you first start using a new system but Mike Yazbek looked after us for the on boarding process and he was brilliant. Mike helped to explain the workflows, setup the system with us to fit our requirements and now we are using it everyday. Fast onboarding and great support

We have completed our onboarding and are finding Unleashed a vast improvement on our last system. We needed to change quickly and, with the help of Mike Yazbek, we managed to move systems and go live in a month. Mike was incredibly generous with his time and endlessly patient with his support making a high pressure transition so much smoother. Unleashed Onboarding Complete

We have recently finished our onboarding process with our customer success consultant, Mike. A lot of information was thrown our way but Mike was on hand to answer all our questions quickly and efficiently. This helped us to get the system live and ready in good time. The system is exactly what we need and will allow us to proceed with our business model and grow our eCommerce brand ranges.

I though after using Unleashed for 10 years I should give a review as I have recommend it to so many other people. Myself and my staff love unleashed. being browser based its simple to use on any device, anywhere and anytime. Having multiple pages open at once, jumping between view products, entering orders, checking PO's means it keeps up with how you work. Unleashed has been great since we started using their software. They are constantly making improvements which is also very nice. Rob is always very nice and super helpful. Any time I have questions or concerns the response time is quite fast. We are so grateful we made the switch to Unleashed.

I have almost completed my on-boarding…

I have almost completed my on-boarding with Jue Wang and I cannot speak highly enough of her professionalism, helpfulness and follow-ups from our sessions which has made the transition to Unleashed software as smooth as possible. Between our sessions I have also accessed the Premium Phone Support when I needed a quick answer to a question, that has also been extremely helpful.

Great onboarding

We've just finished our onboarding journey with Unleashed. The support from Mike throughout has been fantastic, the team have always been easy to contact and really helped shape Unleashed to fit our business requirements.
