User Experience
Any new software can be incredibly daunting, it's a necessity but sometimes done with hesitation due to change. Unleashed is incredibly user friendly, but more so, having a dedicated, patient and understanding onboard leader has made the learning curve less overwhelming. Tyler Barnes has been exceptional, he is friendly, knowledgeable and really listens to the client's needs and gives solutions on how to master the task. Having great support service makes a difference to user experience.

Inventory system
After being in Retail/E-Com and Distribution industry for a number of decades, Unleashed is the first platform I have found to be user friendly, with simple to follow instructions, great reports and a system that does it all. If only I found it years ago I would have saved time and money and a lot of grey hairs. If you need an inventory management system that will suit businesses of all sizes then unleashed is for you.

You can't be competitive in the 21st Century using business software that is over 25 Years old!
I knew of Unleashed before implementing it at BLE Lighting - As a fast-growing and agile product, it had changed extensively since my last experience. *Pricing is clear and competitive *Integrations are widely available *Documented and Video Learning available *Functional, fast processes *World Class Onboarding Process (Thanks Anna!) It's early days, but the benefits are already being felt across the organisation.

Dynamic and easy to use software
We migrated from SAGE to Unleashed in May 2021. We were looking for a dynamic warehouse software system and Unleashed, with its easy to use interface and functionality is an excellent fit for our business. Onboarding was super smooth and the team at Unleashed assisted us at every step. I'd also recommend the Premier Support package to solve any queries/blockers in real time and have the expertise of the Unleashed support team on tap. Highly recommended.

Great product with great support
Unleashed does what is says on the tin. The sales and support has been great, our onboarding consultant Mike Yazbek always went the extra mile to make sure he could find solutions to things that we raised.
