Ware new to Unleashed and we're very happy
We are new to Unleashed. It seems very intuitive and flexible, exaclty what we need. The onboarding process has been very straightforward with the help of our specialist Tyler. We are very happy with our switch to Unleashed and highly recommend this software!

Outstanding onboarding experience!
We've had such a great on-boarding experience with Tyler! I was nervous about rolling out a new software program as my knowledge in this space is beginner at best, but Tyler was super helpful and knowledgeable about all we needed to do to go live with Unleashed. new business launch success with Unleashed
The tool itself is simple to run, there are loads of instructional videos to help get started, and the support is superb. In about 2 hours in the trial tool we could setup around 10 products, 2 suppliers, 2 warehouses and 5 customers and replicate the basics of our business. 2 weeks since go-live and everything is running smoothly with integration to the Xero tool for the financial management.

We were thoroughly impressed with the service and support provided by Tyler Barnes and Jue Wang. Initially, getting our business set up on Unleashed felt like a challenging task. However, the platform proved to be intuitive and well-supported by its extensive online library. What truly made the process seamless was the exceptional help from our onboarding specialists, Tyler and Jue. They had all the answers and were incredibly responsive, making the transition smooth and hassle-free.

Great Support
We are new to Unleashed Software and are still in the process of setting everything up, but so far, our experience has been very good. The support team has been very helpful and responsive, addressing our queries quickly and providing plenty of useful resources to guide us through the initial stages. Once fully set up, the platform looks like it will be intuitive and smooth to run, which is very promising. Thanks to the support team for making the learning process much easier!

Very easy to set up and use.
It took us about 6 weeks to load all our products, BOM's, costs, suppliers, customers and stock locations. Once that was done, it is very easy to use and I would 100% recommend to any engineering manufacturer. A big thanks to Ricky Wiggins for his help and support.

Great experience!
Tyler showed a lot of patience and interest in helping resolve any questions or setup issues during the onboarding process. Thanks a lot for your help! We are now live and it's nice to know we no longer have to track inventory manually across varies sales channels.
