Charlie is a very good onboarding specialist.
Charlie is an extremely helpful person and always responsive. It's been a pleasure to have him as my onboarding specialist.Please note my sessions were based on the Flight path that my company purchased so it was not a single date but rather multiple dates over a period of time.( 2-3 months )

The support these give when first…
The support these give when first starting with unleashed is brilliant, they talk you through everything in lay mans terms so it is easy to understand. Unleased is user friendly. i would recommend to any one.

Wonderful Onboarding Experience

Easy implementation
Mike and Riley did a great job of talking us through our initial questions and then taking the product from conception to live.This was quite straightforward for us to implement because it was a new arm of the business with no pre-existing customer orders but everything we asked was met with friendliness and knowledge. A great experience from start to finish!

Great onboarding support
We've just started working with Unleashed and even though it's early days we can already see huge benefits in managing stock and orders across all our platforms. Special mention to Charlotte who was our support for the onboarding process, she was calm, positive and clear, getting back to us whenever we had questions, and our weekly meetings really helped our confidence in getting the new system and all its integration set up!

Great Product and Support
Implementing Unleashed for our central warehousing business (hampers) has been a massive improvement for us, especially around stock managment and internal processes. Our onboarding consultant Rutuja was fantastic, always responsive and patient. Highly recommend.
