Staff were very professional and nothing was too much trouble. The system itself is easy to learn and gives us scope to grow our business. In particular, our onboarding consultant Charlotte, was really polite and helpful and had good knowledge of the system. She also helped us when we made a mistake with the data upload, this was invaluable!

Excellent On-Boarding Experience
Jue Wang has really gone above and beyond to workshop with me to get unleashed up and running at Luxe Bakery in Sydney. The onboarding process has allowed me to focus on the workflows that I need to implement this solution for a large wholesale bakery.

Automated notifications
Charles gave me quick, easy guidance to turn off automated notifications under settings which saved me heaps of time and effort, I'm glad I reached out for support because I was completely off track!

Runs like a dream and develops functionally
After moving from Reckon we have found Unleashed to be the perfect system for us. We are a manufacturer and have roughly 3000 SKUS between raw material, finished product and custom jobs. We find Unleashed handles everything so seamlessly it isnt funny, and the system keeps improving in really logical ways - but not at the expense of basic functionality. All in one with no down time
We've been using Unleashed for at least four years, and in that time have had zero downtime, increased functionality. A great "all-in-one" package that has many helpful integrations

Always available to support customers.
Always available to support customers. We use Prospect CRM also supplied by Access Group integrated with Unleashed (50 user level) and Xero and the 3 work in harmony with powerful KPI reporting real time to support every aspect of the manufacturing and merchandising business. Very good on-screen refresh rates consistently. Tried and proven software and willing helpful support people with exceptional training support modules and live sessions.
