Customer service is always great

The customer service is always on point with the Unleashed team. They're quick to respond to any questions, queries or issues. The system works very well for our business and there are often new features on offer (which are easily applied thanks to the Unleashed Academy). Thank you to Christopher Wan who recently assisted me with a small issue that we had. He was very helpful, offering detailed instructions on how to fix the problem and following up thereafter to make sure that it was fixed.

Been using this for 4-5 years for our…

Been using this for 4-5 years for our production and purchasing. Briefly trialled alternatives (Business Central and Dear Systems) still much prefer Unleashed. Support is good when having issues - Sara Alfonzi in particular has been super helpful. Would recommend.
