Great support and guidance during our onboarding process
Great support and guidance during our onboarding process with Rutuja. System customisation and set up was easy to follow with help and support throughout the process. Sandbox is great for staff training and the Unleashed Academy is a great source of information.

Unleashed onboarding completed, small company now live!
We have just finished our Onboarding with our onboarding consultant; Charlotte Perry-Evans. She took every oportunity to understand our business, along with making herself avaiable via email for any advice we may need inbetween the sessions. She has been a pleasure to work with and an asset to your team. We are excited to see our business change and develop with the additional support from using the Unleashed Software, helping us keep track of everthing all in one place.

Jue Wang is AMAZING
We had the absolute pleasure of being able to work with Jue during our onboarding process. While it was a lot of work for us preparing our files the way we wanted, the process with Unleashed could not have been simpler. All the imports are drag and drop. Every import has a template. The consistency of the software meant we were able to find all the components in an orderly manner. We are looking forward to a great future with Unleashed.

The quality of support does depend on…
The quality of support does depend on which support person you get. Having said that - most of them are good. Recent experience with Zainal was great.
