Staff were very professional and…

Staff were very professional and nothing was too much trouble. The system itself is easy to learn and gives us scope to grow our business. In particular, our onboarding consultant Charlotte, was really polite and helpful and had good knowledge of the system. She also helped us when we made a mistake with the data upload, this was invaluable!

Automated notifications

Runs like a dream and develops functionally

After moving from Reckon we have found Unleashed to be the perfect system for us. We are a manufacturer and have roughly 3000 SKUS between raw material, finished product and custom jobs. We find Unleashed handles everything so seamlessly it isnt funny, and the system keeps improving in really logical ways - but not at the expense of basic functionality. All in one with no down time

Always available to support customers.

Always available to support customers. We use Prospect CRM also supplied by Access Group integrated with Unleashed (50 user level) and Xero and the 3 work in harmony with powerful KPI reporting real time to support every aspect of the manufacturing and merchandising business. Very good on-screen refresh rates consistently. Tried and proven software and willing helpful support people with exceptional training support modules and live sessions.
