Spotsaas Editor’s POV
Unito works best for teams that need two-way syncing between 5+ tools (Trello, Jira, Asana, ClickUp, GitHub). Before shortlisting, verify that your specific data types sync—attachments, custom fields, and certain metadata don't always transfer. Test this in a demo by syncing a real project and checking whether all field values appear in both directions. Setup ...Read more
Unito pros and cons
Setup is clear with a low barrier to entry that requires minimal technical expertise.
Connects tools like Trello, JIRA, Asana, and GitHub for cross-team collaboration.
Syncs tasks in real time, eliminating manual updates across platforms.
Filtering specific tasks and mapping fields provides configuration flexibility.
Advanced functionality and setup have a learning curve without proper onboarding.
Some integrations, like ClickUp and specific JIRA fields, are limited or still developing.

A quick solution for connecting GitHub with Trello
What do you like best? sleek interface, many choices of popular project management tools, two-way syncs, reasonable pricing What do you dislike? login is a bit confusing as it requires using another app What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? sync GitHub issues with Trello cards to establish a backlog for both developers and non-developers. Neither Zapier nor the Trello Power-up was able to meet our needs

Great as an add on for Trello
What do you like best? I like that it does what it says it does - syncs Trello boards to one another. You set each sync up once and then you don't really need to think about it again. What do you dislike? The pricing - it is expensive for us as a non-profit with ever changing users. Recommendations to others considering the product Play with it to make sure it is working the way you need it to. It took me a few tries to get it just right. Their support helps a TON and they can log ...

Very easy to use integration tool
What do you like best? I've been using Unito to sync my Github projects with my Wrike projects boards for about 4-5 months now and am thoroughly impressed. I have Slack, Wrike, Github, and Crisp setup so that I can create new Wrike tasks directly from a conversation in Slack. This syncs with Wrike and then Unito syncs Wrike with my Github issues list. When I push a commit that resolves an issue, Unito automatically closes my ticket in Wrike. Wrike then updates our Slack workspace so ...

Fits my needs perfectly
What do you like best? I thought Unito was very easy to use and simple to learn. After tinkering around a little bit, I was able to learn the ins and outs pretty quickly. I was able to link 2 Trello boards together that displayed similar material for different purposes easily. What do you dislike? It would be great if 2 independent boards to could be linked to a third central board. We have 2 manufacturing paths in our team and once commercial team. Linking both manufacturing ...
