Due to the flexibility of the product it is hard for Unit4 to support you. They have to understand your set up first in order to get to how it happened before they can offer a fix (if they can). What do you like best about Unit4 ERP? I work for a non-profit. It's is a very flexible platform and we have been able to expand the system to suit our needs in this industry. Unit4 was able to make additions to fit our needs. Their customer service and support team is great and is probably the best support team that I have ever dealt with.
