What do you like best about Unit4 ERP? Overall opinion of this is "just fine." Our finance team uploads invoices for a 2-step verification process into this software. I like that it's easy to add notes to the invoice and check to make sure it's being booked to the correct cost center and account. What do you dislike about Unit4 ERP? It's not the most user friendly interface. I only use this to approve invoices, so I don't spend much time in the program, but I haven't figured out how to see ...

As an administrator who has to raise requisitions for many projects and works around campus, Unit 4 allows me to easily to this and keep a track off the whole process. The system is set up to give you notifications for errors and actions required, and you receive email notifications as well. What do you like best about Unit4 ERP? Unit 4 is good for raising requisitions. It’s relatively simple to use and has useful features such as being able to view workflow enquiries and can be set up to send prompt emails so that tasks are not forgotten. It's a complicated system that sue different jargon to the normal financial speak. They call purchase orders by a different name and the system of trying to create a purchase order looks very complicated to a first time user. You can also setup complex formulas (SQL or Excel formulas) to remove manual edits after exporting. What do you dislike about Unit4 ERP?
