What do you like best? Not sending them any more money. Complete nightmare What do you dislike? Customer service, attitude of account managers, products Recommendations to others considering the product: DON'T DO IT What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? None of the promises were ever realized. Their service is difficult to use and they won't go away when you tell them it's over

Quick, easy to use, landing page creator
What do you like best? Unbounce is easy for anyone to use. You don't need a developer to make a landing page and don't even need to be a designer as there are well done templates at your fingertips. What do you dislike? Unbounce only has 2 break points - desktop and mobile. It would be nice for there to be a more responsive ability to it. What problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? Unbounce takes the hassle out of landing page creation -- giving product marketers like me a go-to tool to get polished landing pages off the ground. Fast. The tool is easy to navigate, easy to configure/sync with Marketo, and if you have your content -- you can get a page up that day. What do you dislike? Deeper reporting and analytics would be great. Pathetic Support
If there had a award for worst customer support, I would have give it to Unbounce. Thanks to their amazing support and dedication to their customer.Pathetic, if you have any issues with your page, you have to wait min 3-4 days for their reply on email. They don't have a proper live chat service.When we approach for their help they give you poopy excuse that they work from Monday - Friday so they cant give you support on other days. Easy way to host landing pages
What do you like best? Makes building landing pages very simple for someone who might not have a lot of web dev experience. Good for creating one stop landing pages for ppc campaigns. Poor functionality. Bad service
What do you like best? Seemed to build good landing pages. Looks good when I login. Seems to be automated. This would work better if they had strong service to back their automation and didn't have their site create critical errors. What do you dislike?
