What do you like best about UKG Ready? Employees can access and review the data and maintain it so that it is always up to date. From the HR side of things, it has all the data on a single database.

What do you like best about UKG Ready? I love the software and being able to do Payroll, TLM, Benefits Open Enrollment all in once place. Employee's are able to get away from all manual enrollments and instead utilize UKG Ready to update all of their information, as well as view time off balances.

What do you like best about UKG Ready? It's super easy to use and user-friendly. Most features are easily accessible to all HR departs ( payroll, LOA, managers). I used UKG ready a lot for the annual assessments and payroll.

What do you like best about UKG Ready? I like how user-friendly UKG is. On top of that, their customer service and technical support are outstanding! Every time I have an issue or question for them, they are willing to go the extra mile to help me with my issue or solve my problem and educate me on how to fix it next time.

What do you like best about UKG Ready? Configuration of Ready is quite simple, perhaps too simple for a larger organisation, however the configuration options are sufficient for multiple Award/Agreement interpretation processes.
