What do you like best about UKG Ready? The ease of use between different features. There are no disconnected modules that sometimes work while others don't. The employees have a lot more interaction with WFR than other HRIS systems I have used in the past.

What do you like best about UKG Ready? There hasn't been anything that we need to do that Kronos doesn't have some way to handle. Sometimes it may look different than we are used to but all the functionality that we have needed is in the system in some format. For our size company, the system is a great fit
