What do you like best about UKG Ready? The user interface is easy to navigate and I really like being able to personalize the dashboard experience. You can tailor your view to meet your needs which has been well received.

"Great Platform for Employees & Administrators"
What do you like best about UKG Ready? We moved from UTM to WFR Timekeeping and it was a great implementation. Our the employees love it and the warehouses that clock in daily said it's very easy to use. They say it is much easier to use than the previous system. As administrators, it gives us much more detailed information and it easier to navigate

What do you like best about UKG Ready? UKG Ready allows you to customize majority of the platform to provide the most beneficial experience to your users based on their needs. You can simplify complex processes and streamline activities to each group whether for your frontline employees or for your executive suite. The hardest part of designing systems is ensuring they are useable at all levels, and UKG Ready does that for us.

What do you like best about UKG Ready? UKG gives us control of our HRIS system. We can control everything from security rights to how employees interact with the system, also customizing it for Managers and Leaders our our company.
