What do you like best about UKG Ready? There are many advantages to being a full suite user. Workforce Ready leverages the best in business from a time and labor management standpoint. Combine the flexibility and rate of continuous improvement from HCM/Payroll and any business can expect a well-rounded product that will help achieve current and future business needs. "So far so good"
What do you like best about UKG Ready? This if my first time using Kronos as a Payroll Manger, and it was a smooth learning process. It is very easy to navigate and if you cannot figure something out the Kronos Community is a great help. That is probably what I like best, the ability to reach out to other clients and discuss problems and resolutions.

"The best product I have found for all aspects of the HR function"
What do you like best about UKG Ready? I love that I can recruit, employ, and terminate an employee and every record pertaining to them is in one place. We use every module of Workforce Ready and even use third party software partnered with KRONOS. They are always improving the product and making meaningful enhancements that improve the day to day functions of our business.

What do you like best about UKG Ready? Kronos has proven to be easily navigated by our management team as well as our internal employment staff. I am easily able to access my employees time cards from anywhere.
