What do you like best about UKG Ready? the ability to sync Kronos with our talent acquisition software will allow for us to have employees complete all on boarding paperwork prior to their first day on the job. It will also allow for employee personnel data to flow from one software to the other

What do you like best about UKG Ready? All of the modules are fully integrated, such as Payroll, Benefits, HR, Performance Management, Recruitment, etc. The Kronos Customer Support is very helpful and responsive.

What do you like best about UKG Ready? I can design ad hoc reports quickly and easily, and any level of user can do the same. I like that I can create and save my reports and even have them emailed to me on a schedule!

What do you like best about UKG Ready? Kronos tracks our time and all we have to do is confirm each pay period. It’s a easy process and usually leaves no room for error.

What do you like best about UKG Ready? KWR has an excellent userface and allows for easy edits of timecards and punches for all employees. The levels of management approval are far less cumbersome than many competing products, especially if you're in a 24/7 environment. We love the flexibility it offers to approve from anywhere anytime.
