"All encompassing"
What do you like best about UKG Ready? All functions are provided, from hire on. Very functional, all tasks are taken care of, tracks workers comps, payrol, scheduling, you name it. Additionally, easily customized to your needs.

"Great Time Tracking Program"
What do you like best about UKG Ready? I really like that the Techs in our office can teletime in so that when they aren't in front of a computer but are on the job they can call in to clock in/out. Kronos is very accurate and I find super user friendly and a great way for companies to track their employees time. It is also excellent for tracking your sick/personal or holiday time and entering the time off in yourself. Managers can easily adjust employees time.

What do you like best about UKG Ready? Kronos is easy to learn and very easy to use with all staff. When trading staff how to use it they have not had any trouble catching on
