"Very user friendly application"
What do you like best about UKG Ready? The reports function that allows you to easily check your employee's leave balances, and the open timesheet function is especially handly for departments with salaried employees who are still required to submit their timesheet weekly but forget. I also like the leave calendar that shows who is out and on what kind of leave.

"Payroll is a breeze"
What do you like best about UKG Ready? Multiple ways of pulling reports under multiple tabs. Payroll is no nonsense and extremely easy to complete. Extremely user friendly system.

What do you like best about UKG Ready? Moved to UKG Ready from ADP. I had worked with Kronos in the past and was excited to explore the rest of the offerings.The sales process was inpressive, the staff was through, took notes of our pain points and showed us the resolution. They were fun and easy to work with... I was impressed but cautiously optimistic when these happy helpful people moved us to onboarding. What do you like best about UKG Ready? This service provides all you need as far as a payroll portal and HR services, along with a learning center all in one place / app.

"One of the best"
What do you like best about UKG Ready? I like UKG Ready because of the user friendly interface. Various settings are usually easy enough for me to setup on my own, various items are easy to find, and each product (i.e. recruiting, performance reviews, etc.) are easy to figure out and use. I don't feel like I am going through hoops to complete something within their system.

What do you like best about UKG Ready? So easy to navigate and search for codes, also love how it calculates OT/Comp and removes from hours. Like space to write notes on individual days.

"Easy and Quick to Use and Understand"
What do you like best about UKG Ready? It is very easy to sign in, and clear on my team's information and my own. The ease of use is like no other timekeeping system I have used. The entire site is user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing. I also like how quick it is to approve a request.
