What do you like best about UKG Ready? What I like best about Kronos is the ability to log into one area and see all the info required to do my job. I currently log into the system to look at the database of employees that are clocked in for work. I use it as a risk manager to access the times and dates that our claimants works if they are claiming a work comp claim. What do you like best about UKG Ready? One thing I really like about Kronos is the ability of the employees to see their schedules as a calendar, which they can then print off.

What do you like best about UKG Ready? This is very user friendly. It is also very efficient. The mobile app is also easy to use. This is great for reporting. Provides a self-service portal for employees to view pay statements, personal info, and benefit information.
