"Works but not easy to use"
What do you like best about UKG Ready? For business purposes, it does a good job of time keeping. Especially for those who have to punch a time clock. Digital is much easier than those old time cards with time and date stamps.

"All in one Go to Platform for Colleague Performance & Time Management"
What do you like best about UKG Ready? Key things i like about this platform is this is one stop platform which has huge capabilities that can easily put all HR related data into one place where we can analyze the data, create dashboards for higher level management exposure, as i use primarily for Time Management to log my time and time offs also i use this for performance management, both ways i feel how easy it made these processes which is a primary user selling point for this software

"Easy Timekeeping system"
What do you like best about UKG Ready? The endless reports for over a 100 employees. The ability to print out quarterly reports in a few minutes and not having to spend too much time on it. Customer support has been easy to get a hold of.
