What do you like best about UKG Ready? That we are able to export timesheets in a simple way that we then turn around and clean up for our payroll department. What do you dislike about UKG Ready?

"Kronos is so easy to use."
What do you like best about UKG Ready? Network wide time card access and management for entire leadership team. The interface is very user friendly and the multiple searching and sorting features make it a program that anyone can learn quickly.

"Great Place for Work Information"
What do you like best about UKG Ready? I like the fact that everything is located in one place. Work Schedule - Hours worked - Requested Days off - and how much vacation time has been accumulated. I can plan my weeks easily.

What do you like best about UKG Ready? We onboarded Kronos Workforce Ready two years ago and it has helped us enhance our employee experience significantly by automating the functions that were traditionally paper-based for us. Employees have the automated tool in their hands at all times through the app as well as their computers.

"Kronos has great reporting but leaves something to be desired when it comes to other features"
What do you like best about UKG Ready? I love the reporting feature on Kronos. It’s given us so many options than our old system and allows me to make and pull custom reports for just about anything I can think of. It’s really allowed me to keep better track of employee information and statistics.
