"Powerful HRIS with a few cons"
What do you like best about UKG Ready? UGK Ready is a powerful HRIS system that has allowed our agency to streamline numerous processes. We've been able to put information at the fingertips of various employees that would have be impossible or extremely time consuming before. I appreciate the ability to piecemeal security and give access to different roles based on the need of that position.

"Kronos - In a nutshell"
What do you like best about UKG Ready? Kronos is very user friend. We have 200+ field technicians who utilize the mobile app for clocking in and out daily. Changing job numbers and cost centers is quick and efficient for them while they are on a job site. Kronos customer support has been helpful and assisted us with setting up custom fields and back end calculations that work for our business.

What do you like best about UKG Ready? WFR is a user friendly interface, fairly simple to learn and navigate, and their customer service is friendly, knowledgeable and responds in a very timely manner if you need assistance.
