"Reporting is easy and at your fingertips!"
What do you like best about UKG Ready? Kronos makes it easy to pull data. The reporting capabilities are far better than we had expected. It is easy to drill down into data, remove or add data elements, save reports and export them to Excel, CSV or PDF files.

What do you like best about UKG Ready? I love the ease of using UKG. I love the reporting feature and the ease of pulling any report, as well as being able to keep frequently used reports.

What do you like best about UKG Ready? Always making enhancements to ensure the system is updated with the world. Between COVID, the new norm of working from home, and the increase in hiring, UKG has made sure that we are always prepared.

"Kronos WFR"
What do you like best about UKG Ready? I have a couple of items that i like. The payroll process is a lot faster and quicker than our previous version of Kronos. I also like that we have the ability to customize reports to fit our needs. Save them saved in the system and keep going back to them and not having to remember the fields that we need.

"Mostly user friendly"
What do you like best about UKG Ready? Stores so much employee information and easy to search. Can track terminations, hire dates, employee departments and so much more very quickly. Can pull a report of almost anything.
