"Reliable, well integrated, staff management"
What do you like best about UKG Ready? I like that you can easily view and edit teams timesheets before submitting. Also from the employees profile they can easily manage alerts and stay in the loop on when documents or changes need to be submitted.

"Workforce Ready is a handy HR system."
What do you like best about UKG Ready? Work Force Ready allows us to hire electronically start to finish which is a huge bonus when wanting to be paperless. The application, E-Verify process, tax forms are all electronic. We started with Workforce Central for timekeeping purposes. We moved to Ready because we wanted the whole HR Experience - performance, hiring, benefit enrollment.
