What do you like best about UKG Ready? Hourly mployees who punch in/out daily for work find UKG Ready very easy to use. The app is much better than the prior system we used. Visually appealing and user friendly from their experience. As the HR department, it has all our needs covered plus some. The implementation team who helped us for three months was great.
