What do you like best about UKG Pro? The thing I probably like best about UltiPro is the extensive number of things that can be accomplished through using the software. There is such a high number of item that can be viewed or addresses through the system, that it is truly a "one-stop shop" for HR management services. "Holds all your information"
What do you like best about UKG Pro? I like that the login is now 'single sign on', it was a pretty intense login process before. I love that the layout is easy to navigate and it holds most of my information as an employee. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? I wish is held my Paid Time Off information, which would mean it would also hold my time card information. It would be nice not to have another program for that as well. What do you like best about UKG Pro? I like that I can access my personal work profile and paychecks easily. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? I have to use the desktop function on a mobile device. "UltiPro is a very good, all-inclusive Payroll and HR Management tool."
What do you like best about UKG Pro? It is a great tool to track career moves within the company. Certifications, licensing, continuing education and professional development can all be easily tracked and reported. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? UltiPro can be a little hard to navigate. What do you like best about UKG Pro? Has a mobile version, which is useful when you need to make any adjustments or check some data on the go. All human resources services in a single place. Easy to use and visually good modern looking. Speed and responsiveness are also quite good. The password reset is quite painless, and secure to some extent. What do you like best about UKG Pro? It is a good HRIS system that allows you to store employee's information, allow checking for payroll items such as deductions, benefits and tax information, good self service for employees, reporting for managers and customer service oriented. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? The reporting is a bit difficult since it is cognos reporting and hard to find fields in order to generate each report.
