What do you like best about UKG Pro? Ultipro is great HRIS. It is very user friendly. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? Does not let you track FMLA. Should dev. What do you like best about UKG Pro? Ease of use. Can look at my pay stubs with relative ease. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? The design. My job provides step by step instructions because this site has no clear calls to action. Recommendations to others considering UKG Pro: Read the instructions before digging around. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? I don't have to bug HR for my records. As an adjunct, that's a time saver.

"Use for team management and recruiting"
What do you like best about UKG Pro? For team management, the In/Out board is helpful when not all of my team works in the same place. The recruitment gateway is much better than what we used to use. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? Detailed time management can be very difficult, and the recruitment gateway has some ease of use issues. "HR Time Management Software At It's Best"
What do you like best about UKG Pro? I like the flexibility when using it to request time off and to check my hours worked. It's great to be able to see everything from my accrued PTO hours, to benefits, to performance evaluations and reviews. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? The only think I dislike is that sometimes the time clock that coordinates with the software doesn't always catch the punch in and out, but that isn't necessarily a software issue. "Easy to use software to access pay statements/personal inforamtion"
What do you like best about UKG Pro? How you can quickly view a pay statement, and then download or print. Gives a easy to read screen shot of your year in review. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? What do you like best about UKG Pro? The thing I probably like best about UltiPro is the extensive number of things that can be accomplished through using the software. There is such a high number of item that can be viewed or addresses through the system, that it is truly a "one-stop shop" for HR management services. "Ultipro fills you HR needs"
What do you like best about UKG Pro? Ultipro is a comprehensive system with good customer support. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? Response times on help cases submitted are occasionally slow, What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? Tracking and reporting payroll. Interaction between our payroll system and our general ledger system is smooth.
