"Pretty good software to manage my benefits and access payroll info."

What do you like best about UKG Pro? Easy to make personal information changes. Updates in real time my latest pay stub. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? Hard to find full benefits descriptions or links to them. Not always obvious how to log PTO either. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? It allows me as the employee to manage my own profile and access pay stubs, PTO, and beneficiary information without having to contact my HR team directly.

What do you like best about UKG Pro? Of all the HRIS and payroll systems I have used, this is by far the best one I have used. The ability to enter date, run reports and their ability to assist you is incredible. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? At the time I didn't dislike anything. What do you like best about UKG Pro? It's very organized and user friendly. Anyone can learn this program quickly. It also links with Filebound which is great! Very easy with data entry as well. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? Time and attendance is very unorganized. To submit PTO was extremely confusing. What do you like best about UKG Pro? It has all the functions for basic needs, but not very professional. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? The support team is not very helpful. They are very slow at solving the problem. Recommendations to others considering UKG Pro: It will meet your basic needs, and it has more function than other payroll products. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? We used it for the basic daily payroll filing. It was fine.
