"Previous user of Ultipro for HR and Benefits management"

What do you like best about UKG Pro? HR and Payroll was easy enough as an end user. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? Benefits management I think was actually through Aflac and that was not fun. Ultipro did not link to employee transcripts in our LMS. Recommendations to others considering UKG Pro: We are switching to workday which seems to be a better one-stop-solution What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? "Ultipro for paychecks"

What do you like best about UKG Pro? It's a very simple and very user friendly way to check your paycheck and stubs as well as your benefits. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? It could include some more options, for example how many hours or how much pay you have accumulated so far. That would be really helpful. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? Helps the viewing and checking of work pay/wages, as employees.

"So Easy To Use"

What do you like best about UKG Pro? I like that I can check my time, sign up for development training at my job, look at my benefits and so much more all in one place. I'm also on a search committee for my department, so it's very beneficial that I can look at the applicants in this same space and not have to go to a whole different website or system. What do you like best about UKG Pro? The layout is very clear, and it's easy to navigate the system. It is much easier to use than other similar systems that I've had to work with. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? There is are a lot of options that aren't relevant to me, and there's no way to filter those. "Lack of software refinement"

What do you like best about UKG Pro? The employee directory and organization chart or really useful for a middle-sized growing company What do you dislike about UKG Pro? So many things I dislike. We previously had used Zenefits for things like PTO. We switched and it has been painful. It is hard for employees to see the exact hours they have without really digging. What do you like best about UKG Pro? I like that our platform allows you to look at your paystubs and w2s in a convenient way. It is also nice that there are shortcuts to the most frequently visited spots right when you log in. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? The look and feel seems pretty outdated. What do you like best about UKG Pro? The best part about Ultipro I would have to say is the ease of access and information that is available to all users. I can see exactly how many vacation hours, sick-time hours, and personal hours I have left at any time. I can also see updated information with every pay period which is nice. "Pretty good software to manage my benefits and access payroll info."

What do you like best about UKG Pro? Easy to make personal information changes. Updates in real time my latest pay stub. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? Hard to find full benefits descriptions or links to them. Not always obvious how to log PTO either. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? It allows me as the employee to manage my own profile and access pay stubs, PTO, and beneficiary information without having to contact my HR team directly.
