What do you like best about UKG Pro? The accessibility and easiness of navigating thru they system. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? I would say that the "view" could use an upgrade. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? HR Recruiting, Payroll and Employee Self Service

"Great product for end users"
What do you like best about UKG Pro? I like being able to have a central location to access W-2, benefit information, and time off requests. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? Sometimes you have to click through multiple menus to get to information. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? All HR information is in one area accessible to employees. Time off requests are automatically emailed to supervisor and employees are notified via email of acceptance.

What do you like best about UKG Pro? The user interface is fairly modern for a corporate environment. Relatively easy to read and somewhat intuitive to use. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? I don't really have much of a dislike for the software. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? I think the company likes the softwares product delivery for the employees.

What do you like best about UKG Pro? You can have favorites and then make logging on easy and able to find different sections w ease What do you dislike about UKG Pro? Timesout sometimes and you have to restart. Recommendations to others considering UKG Pro: Very user friendly What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? Payroll is very easy for everyone to use, not just managers

Solid solution, gives access to all the features you would expect of a HR tool Payroll history is good, provides insights into all areas of payroll Ability to retrieve tax docs electronically What do you dislike about UKG Pro? Sometimes navigation is less than intuitive. Too many menus and clicks to get to most used information What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? Provide employee access to HR/payroll information

What do you like best about UKG Pro? Easy to use the basic tools, nice emplyee page. Is a one stop place for most core HR needs. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? For a smaller company this is a huge sytem that is not easy to run reports or has easy setup . The time keeping is easy for the office nad feild. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? Core onbarding, payroll

What do you like best about UKG Pro? I like that you can see all your pay/time off/benefits all in one place. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? I do not like how there is not a separate clock in and out button. It creates a lot of confusion and in turn, more work for someone else.
