What do you like best about UKG Pro? I love that the software is almost fully customizable, easy to use and plugs-in with our system so seamlessly. We have just adapted to UltiPro from our previous HR software (and had an ATS built fairly recently). What do you like best about UKG Pro? User friendly interface and one software can handle pretty much anything from compensation management to w2 to PTOs. It is easy to request holidays as well and to track what holidays were approved. Compensation distributs the taxes and the description very well. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? What do you like best about UKG Pro? I like that I can see all of my time sheets and PTO in one place. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? Sometimes it'll time out while moving between pages, can be a little frustrating. Recommendations to others considering UKG Pro: Be patient with it, although the timeouts are annoying it is a great tool. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? Keeping track of time sheets and PTO for a growing company.

What do you like best about UKG Pro? I like that I can look back at previous years income to see how each compares. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? I hate that it’s so hard to navigate. I can never find remember how to find the main menu and I usenot often. It needs to be more straight forward as far as accessibility. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? Nice to be able to file for benefits & keep up with my payroll electronically.
