What do you like best about UKG Pro? Ease of access to vital employee information and tools for the user, in a simple and intuitive information. Gives specific user access to make decisions and changes as necessary. Love that employees can quickly access their personal HR and pay information. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? "A simple users review"

What do you like best about UKG Pro? The program is very easy to use and navigate. It made it easy to track my time card punches, vacation time and see my pay stubs all in one central location. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? The only problem I had would be when the system did not register you time punch or it would show duplicate punches. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? I am just a user I have no administrative powers with the system.

What do you like best about UKG Pro? Approving time cards and performance reviews are a breeze. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? Once you complete your performance review and send it or approve the review and send it, as a manager, it doesn't let me know what stage that review is in (waiting on the employee, waiting on me to approve). "Multiple Functions in One Product"

What do you like best about UKG Pro? The ability to have multiple features in one product. Less passwords to remember and less sites to learn to maneuver. It's easy to go from one feature to another without having to sign in to another application. I can enter PTO requests, enter my time on my timesheet and accessing coworkers work contact information. What do you like best about UKG Pro? UktiPro is extremely customizable. You can setup fields and the system to work in different ways that fit your business need. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? All the customizations take time and training. Not an out-of-the-box solution. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? Payroll, benefits, HR and compensation all in one system in a huge plus.
