What do you like best about UKG Pro? The customer service, hands down. The main reason we switched HRIS systems is because of the lack of customer service we had before. Ulti is great, with the support cases that you can easily submit, you don't ever need to wait on hold to talk to someone. They call you and are always so incredibly friendly. This allowed us to bring all functions and tools (recruiting, onboarding, time management, talent management, benefits and payroll) into one system. Functionality is great. What do you like best about UKG Pro? Access to my personnel file from anywhere. Able to update benefits or tax information on the fly. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? The user interface is a little clunky but functional. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? HR files are all electronically stored and accessible to employees. Employees are able to make updates without meeting with HR, freeing them up to focus on other matters.
