What do you like best about UKG Pro? Various ways to connect with response teams;. We like having a dedicated account manager and dedicated reps for other services offered. Products we use are easy to use and understand. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? Would like more assisgned team members for different services such as ACA, Tax Services, Recruiting/Onboarding. "Intuitive Payrolling"
What do you like best about UKG Pro? UKG Pro is an intuitive system, which makes it easy for us to train our junior users on the system with ease! We primarily use the system for payroll functions and will soon be adding in HR and comp modules. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? The least helpful feature of UKG Pro is really the support model. Calling into their Rapid Response line is very rarely rapid and sometimes follow-up on issues does not happen without the customer's input. What ...

What do you like best about UKG Pro? I like how many capabilities Ultipro has. The best part to me is how all of the modules sync. For example, you can hire a candidate in recruiting and their information flows from recruiting to onboarding to core. It's seamless!! What do you dislike about UKG Pro? Report writing. Ability to house personel and payroll processing systems is crucial What do you dislike about UKG Pro? the system is limited and can not adapt to atypical company set ups. What do you like best about UKG Pro? UKG Onboarding platform is a timesaver allowing all documents captured to feed to the employee record in UKG core. The I-9 correction feature allows the edit of document numbers, expirations, etc including the hire date. What do you dislike about UKG Pro?
